HEALTH CHECK

The Saskatoon Futsal league is sanctioned, and therefore all players must be registered with the Saskatchewan Soccer Association.

All players will need to add themselves to their team with the Team Code or Link provided to you by your Team Contact.

ALL PLAYERS/TEAM PERSONNEL MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION BY QR CODE ONLY!

Please remember we are all trying to keep the league safe and active.

If you feel sick or not well please stay home even if symptoms are mild . Talk with a doctor if necessary.

Please Self assess before every game and be certain you do not have any of the following COVID-19 symptoms:

• new or worsening cough
• shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• temperature equal to or more than 38°C
• feeling feverish
• chills
• fatigue or weakness
• muscle or body aches
• new loss of smell or taste
• headache
• abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting
• feeling very unwell

*We also encourage  the use of a rapid TESTS before every game
